We recognized that for our customers to remain competitive, they deserved a quicker, lower cost, and better corrosion protection process than what they currently use.

At 25’ in length, we have one of the largest powder coating systems in our region and have teamed with industry leaders to be able to offer to customers the best, cost-effective coating solutions in our area.

A small example of the 55,000 colors in our database and we can add a variety of textures, metallics, anti-skid or anti-microbial.

Quality

Brink’s Quality Management System includes shop work instructions and a QC inspection procedure that includes verifying the coatings hardness, adhesion and thickness using calibrated testing equipment and all tests are done in accordance with the applicable ASTM standard requirements.

Their NSF/ANSI certified powder coatings NSF 51 is for food service equipment and NSF 61 is for equipment that contacts or produces potable water.

We use Calvary Chemical’s Iron Phosphate prep that creates a phosphate coating which greatly increases steel’s corrosion resistance.
